Team assistant

Location: Munich | Full-time or part-time from 8pm per week | from now on | m / f / d

We are looking for a good and capable team assistant who supports the team and the management extensively.

The activities are varied and range over Tasks related to the back office, accounting, sales, knowledge management, organization and communication. You form the heart of the agency and organize everything related to the agency. 

 

Your tasks

  • Classic back office with telephone acceptance, customer advice if necessary
  • Preparation of our bookkeeping for our external accountant
  • Preparation around customer contracts and employment contracts
  • Organization of appointments, events and other measures
  • Support in various content management projects for various customers and channels
  • Research of exciting topics in various industries
  • Writing, proofreading and optimizing texts
  • Preparation and support for external customer appointments
  • Active participation in our regular meetings
  • Support of the account managers Ongoing success monitoring and reporting

requirements

  • You live in or around Munich and you can easily get to the office.
  • Precise working method and reliability
  • In principle, you can work 4 days a week.
  • Absolutely confident handling of the German language
  • Business fluent English would be good, but it is not a requirement
  • You are enthusiastic about the Internet and online marketing topics - ideally you have experience in online marketing
  • You are a team player and a nice environment is important to you
  • You have creative drive, good communication skills and a sense of humor

The position is a lot of fun, the team is great and we are very flexible. Ie if you have children or another time-consuming hobby, for example, you are very welcome here. What counts here is not just being present and working a la "A38 pass from the house of the crazy ”. It's about efficient processes, an intrinsic motivation to support the team and to advance topics and tasks. 

If you fetch the children from daycare in between, home office is better or you really want to climb Mount Everest for 6 weeks in the summer - just do it. You are the central organization point, also for your work. It is important that you can be there regularly four days a week from Monday to Thursday (or Friday). Salary & contract

We can currently offer you a starting salary between € 2,300 (gross) and € 2,500 (gross) for the full-time position (38 hours) depending on your experience (downscaling for a part-time position). This can increase after the probationary period and the situation, but there is little leeway at the beginning. In return, you will receive an open-ended employment contract, a lot of vacation time and all overtime will be compensated or paid for through time off.
