We are looking for a good and capable team assistant who supports the team and the management extensively.
The activities are varied and range over Tasks related to the back office, accounting, sales, knowledge management, organization and communication. You form the heart of the agency and organize everything related to the agency.
The position is a lot of fun, the team is great and we are very flexible. Ie if you have children or another time-consuming hobby, for example, you are very welcome here. What counts here is not just being present and working a la "A38 pass from the house of the crazy ”. It's about efficient processes, an intrinsic motivation to support the team and to advance topics and tasks.
If you fetch the children from daycare in between, home office is better or you really want to climb Mount Everest for 6 weeks in the summer - just do it. You are the central organization point, also for your work. It is important that you can be there regularly four days a week from Monday to Thursday (or Friday). We can currently offer you a starting salary between € 2,300 (gross) and € 2,500 (gross) for the full-time position (38 hours) depending on your experience (downscaling for a part-time position). This can increase after the probationary period and the situation, but there is little leeway at the beginning. In return, you will receive an open-ended employment contract, a lot of vacation time and all overtime will be compensated or paid for through time off.
